Can I also order the flip flops, straps or accessories separately?
– Yes of course you can. Mixing and matching! For a small amount you can make a completely new slipper again.
Can I also order extra logo labels?
– That’s possible. Go to accessories, (leather) beads, choice between gold or silver. You get a set.
Can I order multiple slippers, straps or accessories in one go without shipping costs?
If you order a flat slipper with strap in one order, then a letterbox package will be made. With more than 2 pairs of slippers we make a package. Everything is sent for free, in NLD
How do I know which size to take?
– The ladies’ slippers are slightly smaller than the NL sizes. Are you in doubt? Consult our size chart or call customer service: 0314683535
What size are the straps?
– Approximately 1.40 meters per lace. They are easy to cut to size. ATTENTION: It is possible that one band is smaller than the other band in a set, this has to do with the stretch. You simply tie the smallest band because it is more stretchable. combi of leather and fabric, first tie the fabrics and then put the leather along nicely.
Are the laces comfortable and do I have enough support?
– Most laces are made of textile with stretch. That feels soft and comfortable and stays very well. If you want a lot of support, choose a set of laces with a light stretch in combination with one or two leather straps. Look at the videos for information about strengthening the slipper.
It seems as if I’m walking off my high slippers.
If you feel that your toes have to ‘steer’ all the time, then you have laces with too much stretch for your feet. Straps set with one or two leather cords are better. You can also watch our video: how do I stand more firmly on my slipper.
Can I wash the straps?
– Yes, with a warm hand wash or at 30 gr. Was also color by color here.

Is there a guarantee on the slippers?
If it turns out that the slipper breaks down within 6 months, report this to customer service and you may change the slipper. This means: the release of the sole layers, the release of the loops, a deep impression through improper packing or storage.
